How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver your order within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Most orders are completed much sooner. If you need help at any point, message us on WhatsApp.

Warranty and refunds

Your order is covered by our warranty. If what we deliver does not work and our team cannot fix it, we will replace it or refund you.

• If you have not activated or used the product yet, you can request a refund.
• If it does not work and we cannot resolve the issue, you get a replacement or a refund.
• Once a working product has been used, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.
