How delivery works

Warranty and refunds

Every subscription is covered by a 25–28 day warranty. If your access stops working and our team cannot fix it, we will replace it or refund you.

• If you have not activated or used the product yet, you can request a refund.
• If it does not work and we cannot resolve the issue, you get a replacement or a refund.
• Once a working product has been used, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.
