How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver your order within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Most orders are completed much sooner. If you need help at any point, message us on WhatsApp.

Warranty and refunds

Every subscription is covered by a 25–28 day warranty. If your access stops working and our team cannot fix it, we will replace it or refund you.

• If you have not activated or used the product yet, you can request a refund.
• If it does not work and we cannot resolve the issue, you get a replacement or a refund.
• Once a working product has been used, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.

Yes, we serve customers worldwide. Some regional services only work with a VPN set to their home country – this is noted in the plan details where it applies.
