A Netflix offer should be easy to understand before you pay. The lowest headline price does not tell you which plan, account arrangement or viewing limits you are getting. Use this Netflix subscription buying guide to prepare a clear order enquiry.

1. Start with your actual screen

Write down whether you will watch mainly on mobile, a compatible television or a computer. Then ask which selected option supports that device. A plan name alone is not a compatibility test. If an older television cannot install the official app, find that out before checkout rather than after delivery.

2. Ask what the selected option includes

Confirm the plan and permitted use, not just the number of visible profiles. A profile organises viewing preferences; it is not proof that unrelated households may share an account.
