If Prime Video asks you to pay while your subscription is active, read the offer before doing anything else. A title can be listed in the catalogue without being part of the access you currently have. The important question is what that particular button buys.
Identify the exact prompt
Write down whether you see Rent, Buy, a separate channel subscription, a sign-in request or a payment error. These are different situations. A screenshot with the title and button can help support, but hide your email address, payment information and account details.
Compare a known included title
Open an item clearly identified as included under your own membership.
